MANILA, Philippines – Kai Soto and the Adelaide 36ers collapsed in the fourth quarter and fell to the Tasmania Jackjumpers, 80-72, in the Australian National Basketball League at the Adelaide Entertainment Center on Friday.

Kai Sotto had six points, highlighted by two dunk that returned them in the second half and four rebounds and one steal.

The 36ers, however, blew a 66-60 lead with 8:08 left in the fourth quarter as the Jacks Jumpers took a 16-0 run by Josh Magget’s triple at 2:18 to take the lead 76-66.

Josh Adams gave up 31 points for Tasmania, including five rebounds and two assists. Jack McVeigh led for their third consecutive win with 14 points, five boards, two assists and two steels, improving to 13-10.

Tasmania won their second game of the three-game season against Adelaide, repeating their 76-71 win on 26 January. On 9 December the 36ers won their first meeting, 83-80.

Daniel Johnson led Adelaide with 16 points, three rebounds and three assists, while Sunday Dachsh slipped to 7-14 with 15 points, five rebounds and two assists.

Soto & Co. tries to bounce back against the Brisbane Bullets at the Nissan Arena on Sunday.
